These terms explain how estimates and cleaning services work with Ale Cleaning. If your written quote or agreement for a specific job says something different, the quote or agreement for that job applies.

Free Estimates

Estimates are free and there is no commitment. Your price depends on the size and condition of the space, the type of service, how often you want cleaning, and any additional tasks you request. The more detail you share — including photos by text — the more accurate your estimate will be. If the space turns out to be meaningfully different from what was described, we will talk with you before any change in price.

Requests and Confirmed Appointments

Sending an estimate request through this website, by text, by phone, or by email does not reserve a cleaning date. Your appointment is confirmed only after we agree with you on the scope of work, the price, and the date and time.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by text, phone, or email. Any rescheduling or cancellation terms that apply to your job will be explained to you before your appointment is confirmed.

Access and Preparation

Please make sure our team can access the space at the scheduled time, and tell us in advance about parking, building access, alarm systems, pets, and any areas or items we should avoid.

Specialty Cleaning Limits

Post-construction cleaning prepares a finished space for walkthroughs. It is a cleaning service, not a building inspection or approval.
Post-mold remediation cleaning takes place only after a qualified remediation company has completed and cleared its work. We do not test for, inspect, or remediate mold.
Post-fire cleanup support takes place after restoration and fire remediation work is complete, and covers the areas we can safely service.

New residential and commercial clients get $50 off their first service, applied automatically — nothing to mention, print, or enter. $50 off automatically applies to qualifying first-time customers. One offer per new customer; cannot be combined with other promotions.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. When payment is due for your job will be confirmed with your quote.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost.
