Information We Collect
When you request an estimate through alecleans.com, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, the service you need, your city or project location, your preferred contact method, and the phone number or email address needed to reach you that way. You may also add a property type and project details.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, and the estimate form is processed through Netlify Forms. Like most web hosts, Netlify processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to serve and protect the site. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is shared with Google to deliver those font files.
Advertising and Analytics
This website does not currently load any advertising or analytics tracking scripts — there is no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Ads tag installed. If we add one in the future, we will update this policy to say so before or at the time it goes live.
How We Use Your Information

Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
If you choose “text message” as your preferred contact method and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Ale Cleaning about your estimate request and related scheduling at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase: you can request an estimate and receive service by choosing a phone call or email instead. We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our website host and form provider (Netlify), and the phone, text, and email services we use to contact you — and when required by law or to protect our legal rights. These providers process your information on our behalf.
Data Retention and Security
We keep estimate requests and customer records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.
